INVETEX CORPORATION TERMS and CONDITIONS

TWO YEAR WARRANTY
All Invetex products are carefully manufactured, inspected and tested prior to
shipment. Any defects in material or workmanship under normal use will be
corrected at manufacturer’s expense for a period of two years from the date of
purchase. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product or
parts of the Invetex system. Since the manufacturer has no control on the final use
of this product, neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any
damage or loss, direct or consequential, arising from the use of this product. The
above is in lieu of all other warranties, guarantees, statements expressed or
implied.

RETURNS
To arrange for a warranty return, simply call our Customer Service department at
(866-582-5029) Toll Free. Our Customer Service Representative will issue a Return
Authorization for the return. The following conditions must be complied with: All
returns must be accompanied by a copy of your Invetex invoice and a reason for
your return. Returned products must have been purchased within the previous 2
years of the invoice date.

CREDIT TERMS
Invoices for Customers with pre-approved credit will be net 30 days from date of
shipment. All other orders will be Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) or prepaid
prior to shipment.

PRICING
All pricing will be based on the current published Invetex price list. We will make
every effort to maintain prices and provide 30 day notice of any changes.
However, we reserve the right to make price adjustments to any Invetex products
or services if necessary.

DELIVERY TERMS
All orders are subject to a freight charge based on weight and volume. Expedited
delivery is available on a case by case basis; however, the standard rate charges
do not include any special carrier charges for expedited delivery. Product will be
shipped FOB Huntsville or various Invetex shipping points (Shipping prepaid and
included in the invoice. Orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx ground at Invetex
discretion.

ORDER LEAD TIME
All orders will be shipped within 30 days of receipt of order from our customers.
Special orders or back ordered items may require additional lead time and will
be determined on a case by case basis.
